Shiloh Deserves Justice, His Life Did Matter!!!!
Shiloh was sold by a breeder to this person that claims to be a trainer. This so called trainer abused him by the old style of training which is the Yank and Crank and Beat the puppy into submission. This person put him on a prong collar (mind you he was 5 months old at this time) on him 24/7 for a week (could have been more as far as the breeder knows), had their other dog attack him into submission, etc. This is only what the breeder had found out but they could have done more abuse than that. When Shiloh refused to be beaten down this person finally called the breeder and said that he will be returned to them per contract and that they would abide by the contract, which states, if for any reason the puppy does not work out, the puppy is to be returned back to the breeder. The breeder was ready and able to take Shiloh back.
This obviously did not happen as they called animal control on January 17, 2018 to pick Shiloh up and told animal control to put him down. Unfortunately the breeder knew nothing of this until late at night on January 18th. The breeder called animal control first thing on the 19th and animal control said that this dog was no longer available but this person told the breeder that Shiloh was under a 10 day quarantine and that the breeder can appeal it to get him out. The breeder got 30 pieces of paper together showing the abuse that Shiloh had to go through and reference letters from the people that owned his siblings and faxed them out because the breeder was going to fight to get Shiloh back. Needless to say this person had the breeder thinking this whole time that Shiloh was alive and well when he was put down on the 19th of January at 6 months old. Shiloh was a very loving and confident puppy and he was very much loved by his breeder and deserves justice.
This person is a sick and twisted individual that should never be allowed to own any animals. This person discarded Shiloh like he was nothing and the breeder was trying to get Shiloh's remains back and was unable too. The breeder then found out where this person would volunteer at, that they dropped this person because if they couldn't yank, crank and beat the dog into submission they would say that dog is broken and put them down. The breeder is trying to raise funds to get an attorney to take this person to court for abusing and putting Shiloh a 6 month old puppy down and this person broke the contract.
All proceeds will go to the attorney to fight to get Shiloh the justice he deserves . The breeder loves these dogs like they are her children and does not want anything to happen to any of her dogs. Shiloh Deserves Justice and His Life Did Matter.......
The reason the breeder is asking for this amount is because the breeder has to get 1 attorney to represent them in New Mexico (these people filed first in their state before the breeder could file in their own state) and the breeder will have to countersue in their state, so 2 attorney's (1 for New Mexico and 1 for Michigan) to be able to get Shiloh justice.
