Sophisticated Soul serves up the great soul food that Lamont’s grandmother taught him to make when he was just a boy. Sophisticated Soul serves made-from-scratch soul food that is good to the soul and great customer service to remember.
Sophisticated Soul’s flavorful recipes will take you back to sweet ole' Granny's kitchen, the place where my love of food started. We are bringing southern goodness to you, done right and full-of-love.

I have been cooking and sharing my love of food in one-way or another for some time now.
Starting a restaurant is a lot of work, and I’m structuring a team to help me do just that, but I knew the only place I could go, for support to start something as personal to me as soul food in my first restaurant, are family and friends.
