Second Nation: Unity In Hip Hop

Mopreme Shakur, brother of the late Tupac Shakur and original member of the iconic Hip Hop groups Thug Life and the Outlawz, has enlisted Outlawed Misfit313 to work alongside legendary producers Dame Grease and DJ Los to help bring unity to Hip Hop through a project entitled "Second Nation." The Second Nation album will be a compilation album that will bring together high-profile Hip Hop artists from across the country to make music together. Imagine an album that, if properly funded, has the potential to bring artists like DMX, Scarface, Thug Life, Kurupt, The LOX, Crooked I, Curren$y, M.O.P., D12, The Outlawz, Joe Budden, Ras Kass, Xzibit, Nappy Roots, Redman, the Slumerican family, Bad Azz, Juvenile, Snoop Dogg, and other Hip Hop luminaries together to create music.

In order to make this happen in a truly independent fashion, without the interference of major labels or commercial marketing plans, we need the help of fans to finance the recording, mixing, and mastering of the album, as well as other related costs. Everyone involved in the creation of this project (Outlawed Misfit313, Mopreme, Dame Grease, DJ Los, and others) is passionate about putting this album together for the fans.
