Scottie's Tour De Force

To raise awareness of Mental Health we will be cycling 639 miles in June from South Wales to London. I was diagnosed with PTSD after the loss of my daughter Robyn in 2016. I served in the Army and without the help from H4H's when I was at lowest, I can honestly say I wouldn't be here now. My family are ever grateful to Stars Appeals Benson Suite who made a very hard time that little bit bearable and made sure Robyn was looked after all the way. #breakthestigma #starsappeal #helpforheroes
