Marla vs. Multiple Sclerosis
Donation protected
I, Marla Vaughan was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis on January 9, 2015, the day after my 21st birthday. I am currently enrolled at Grantham University but had to stop going. My major is Engineering Management Technology, I want to be an Engineer and Architect. I'm hoping to continue my studies once I'm done paying my major bills. From what I remember I started having symptoms in 2012 and in 2014 they begin to effect my life and health. Multiple Sclerosis is an unpredictable, often disabling disease of the central nervous system that disrupts the flow of information within the brain, and between the brain and body. There is currently no cure for Multiple Sclerosis but there are ways to slow down the process. My family has helped me get through the pain, been there for hospital visits, and just to make sure I'm okay with having this disease. Hospital bills, just to go talk and see my neurologist, and my medications are expensive, with your donations, even the smallest amount will be appreciated. Even if you don't donate to me, donating to find a cure will make me happy. Thank you for helping me and everyone else that has been diagnosed with M.S.
