need help with expenses

I have been out of work going on 6 years and I have injured my back so I am not able to do jobs that involve lots of heavy lifting
and I am running out of money to pay bills.
Also my sister had to spend two weeks in the hospital and now have medical bills and doctor bills.
It would be nice to have money to at least make ends meet and be able help pay sisters medical expenses.
My van also needs repairs done and I do not have the money to fix it and without a dependable vehicle it is almost impossible to
get work so I need it fixed so I can hopefully find work.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
