Help with vet bills for my dog

Hi everyone, My best friend in the entire world is sick. His name is Toby and he is a 4 year old orange pomeranian. I adopted him in 2011 from a couple who clearly did not take good care of him. When I first got him he was terrified of people, scared to eat and wouldn't go for walks. Being around older men scared him and he would hide and shake, so I think he was abused. I took him in and he slowly started coming around, and up until the past couple of weeks he has been friendly, happy.. Loves walks etc. The past two weeks his persona changed. He's been hiding, cowering in the corner, not wanting to walk etc. I took him to the vet the morning of August 7th and was told some devastating news. There's a very high chance that he has cancerous growths. Surgery is going to be required and this isn't something I can afford right now. I am going to be working as much as humanly possible to pay for this but this is going to be very expensive. This little fur ball is my best friend in the entire world and I don't know what I would do without him. I am hoping that some kind people can help me.
