It's amazing how much support there...

It's amazing how much support there is out there. The goal is actually more around 3,000. The previous 1,000 goal was just an amount, since I had to put one when creating the page. Thank you to everyone who generously donated to help Googers. Spread the word

MARTINEZ, CA Animals & Pets

My good friend has a 6-year-old mutt that is loved by his family. An accident happened and the pup is now very sick. As much as they love the dog, they might not be able to afford the necessary procedures. I set the goal and $1,000 because I had to have a goal, but they don't know yet what the tab might be and it's probably a lot higher. I want my friend to be happy, and know how much happiness dogs can bring, and how much it hurts to lose them. Any contributions would be greatly appreciated.

This is going really, really great so far. I hope everyone saw before that $1,000 was a default goal. We weren't sure how much it would be before. We might be looking at as much as $3,000. If you got no jingles, poke somebody. Thankyou all so much.

First of all I want to thank everyone for the support. It means the world that you are willing to help Googers out. A little about Googers: Googers is the best dog in the world, really he is. We got him when he was a puppy. I liked dogs before I got him but once I got Googers I became one of those crazy dog people. And why wouldn't you be? Dogs are so amazing and I think they are just little fuzzy people and maybe even better than people. I love Googers more than anything, no matter how I feel everything is ok when I see him. For those of you that know my little brother, you know that his WHOLE LIFE revolves around his dog. He is his best friend and brother and ALL DAY its "Googers this, Googers that, Googers, Googers, Googers." My mom loves him more than she does the two of us! The illness: Lately Googers had been acting differently, not energetic, sad, lethargic, and basically just not himself. Took him to the doctor and find out after the tests that he got into some coolant s
