Daycare to keep my job!

This is incredibly embarassing, but I am willing to do anything I can to keep my job and get out of this situation. I am a single mom of two young boys, 9 months and 3 years, I have no outside financial help, and very little help with the boys. My goal when getting this job as a host was to move up to a server. I have had to call out of work numerous times due to lack of childcare, so at this point I don't only need help keeping my job, but moving up. Once i get the promotion I will be able to support me and my kids with no problems, but at this point it is a very real concern for me that I'm going to lose my job. I just need help paying for daycare long enough to prove to my managers that I am reliable enough to be a server. Once that happens I will be able to do it on my own!
