Save Lupin!

Lupin is a young, loving Weimaraner who is in desperate need of help. He is in need of a plasma transfusion due to liver failure. He has Xylitol toxicity due to eating sugar free gum. This is a serious condition that we feel many dog owners are unaware of. Sugarless gum contains xylitol which is toxic to dogs, causing vomiting, low blood sugar, seizures, and liver failure. It is something that none of us think about when we casually put a pack of gum down on the kitchen table or somewhere else in your house. This is something though that could mean life or death for your beloved animals. Please keep this in mind! We know that this is a serious thing, and are not sure if it will even work, but as any of you that own dogs know , we will do anything for our pets. We cannot afford it unfortunately which is why we have taken this here looking for help. Anything will be appreciated so that we can try and save Lupin and not have to put him down.
