Save Guy's arm

I fell 5 floors over the railing in my building. I was taken to the hospital and placed in a temporary cast because I currently have no health insurance. My right arm is broken in 3 places and needs to be operated on as soon as possible; I have been waiting since March 25th. The doctors say that if I wait any longer then I may lose my arm. My livelihood depends on this operation because I need my dominant arm in order to continue working as a chef.
