Help Share "The Art Of Living"

"The Art of Living" is a book about how, twice in my life, I did what doctors told me was impossible. In 1986, I was diagnosed with an inoperable brain tumor and five neurologists said I would die in less than a year. In 2011 because I had breast cancer, my doctors urged me to get a mastectomy right away or cancer would spread and threaten my life. I declined, did research and using only natural means, I am now cancer-free.

Some of you may remember the national coverage I received years ago when, after recovering from the brain tumor, I painted a mural in a public library in Westerly, RI and erased it to show that we must appreciate every fleeting moment of our lives. My story was featured in major newspapers, radio, People Magazine and on ABC’s news show "20/20," where it was one of their top three most popular segments that year and inspired millions of people.

In my book "The Art of Living” I share what I have learned and how to live life fully and to find happiness – even under the most difficult circumstances, the importance of family and friends and countless ways to support a loved one who faces serious health issues, as well as what to avoid. I share what I did to rid my body of cancer using only natural means, ways to navigate through the often-confusing medical world, stress management tools and much more.

But I need your help because I can’t do this alone.  I have learned that developmental editing costs $3000 and copyediting costs $1500. Book formatting and layout costs $1500. Printing 500 paperback books costs $4,000, and marketing costs about $2,000. And these are but a few of the costs.

I want people to understand  that everyone has options and the importance of choosing a treatment that best suits you.  This contributes to both happiness and the success of your health care.  And I want to encourage people (and I give examples in my book), of how to protect ourselves from getting cancer and how to discourage it from reoccuring.

Any help you can give me to get my book published, I'd greatly appreciate! Know that by contributing any amount before my book goes to print, your name will be in my book, listed as a supporter.

If anyone has any questions of me - about your health or anything -- all are encouraged to ask questions via my website at www.sandigold.com .  My goal is to help as many people as possible in whatever way I can.

You can subscribe to my blog on my website too and receive the 1st chapter of "The Art of Living" free.  Please forward this information onto  friends who could benefit by knowing of my success in ridding my self of cancer using only natural means, who may also  wish to contribute to getting my book published by fowarding this page  Sandi Gold's Story.  Thanks!
