Southside SNAZ - Spcl Needs Zone

SouthSide Support  is non-profit 501c3, currently serving special need families of all kinds South of Atlanta. Our mission is to link families with special needs to their communities. We provide guidance through humor and laughing creating in turn a safe environment. We facilitate group discussions through social media and gatherings, in order to give our members a voice. Making sure our families are heard, included and involved are a vital part of the resource that we offer.

In the spirit of serving these families, earlier this year we debut our latest project Southside SNAZ - Special Needs Accommodation Zone. SNAZ is a hospitality tent that offers all families shelter and a discreet space to change diapers, administer medication, address feeding needs, calming meltdowns, reducing sensory overload, learning more about Southside and other resources. We need to move this initiative to a permanent structure to help better serve families.
