New wheel bearing for our vehicle

As much as I hate to ask for help I am doing just that.  Tonight, Dec. 11, 2015 my wife and I were on our way to Brainerd to do some shopping for my wife's work client and the left front wheel bearing went out on our only vehicle.  My wife uses this vehicle for work and without it we are not going to be able to pay our bills. 

I am unemployed due to health issues and have several appointments that I need to get to in St. Cloud with a Neurosurgeon in hopes that I can get my back fixed.  I injured my back on May 1, 2010 and suffered a fractured T12 Vertrabrae and herniated my L5S1 Lumbar Disc.  I am hoping for surgery to fix my disc in hopes I can work again.  I have already applied for Disability but am awaiting a hearing which wont come until sometime around July.

My wife is working so hard just trying to keep our bills paid and food in the refrigerator.  We don't have much spare money right now and without this vehicle we will not be able to keep up with out bills and I will not be able to make it to my appointments.

I am swallowing my pride and asking for any help that you might be able to give.  I know this is Christmas time and money is tight, but any help you might be able to give would be greatly appreciated.
