Leftovers Outdoor Learning

We are raising money to help in the purchase of land for a recreational area for children and adults with varying learning styles.  We are a 501(c)(3) organization based in St. Charles that has been working with the Down syndrome community for the past 3 years.  Our purpose for the recreation/retreat area would be to provide an outdoor activity area with swimming, canoeing, and many other recreational activities for children and adults with life style challenges.   We are presently providing ballroom/social dance classes; ZUMBA, Creative Movement and Art classes for this community and are seeking a means to expand our services with a designated area for outdoor activities not readily available in the metropolitan area.
