Handicap equip my motorcycle that I can ride

I love to ride motorcycles. In 2010 while riding my bike on country roads here in Louisiana. I was hit almost head on my a careless driver. As a result of being hit I lost my lower left leg. I also have injuries on my right side. I have a artificial hip and a limit use of my right arm. It took me two years before I could start riding again. I was able to buy a 2007 Harley Davidson Ultra Trike. I have a hard time riding because the hard time shifting. I need a electric shift kit Pingel makes one for about $1000.00. Also a reverse gear would help me be able to move the bike around. I'm retired and on a limited income so coming up with the funds to modify the bike is not available at this time.
