Betty ruther has had a string of life events, including the loss of two sons and her husband, that would have had many people giving up, but right now Ms. ruther is moving forward on a campaign to get her daughter to a baltimore hospital so she can receive much needed treatment and a lung transplant for her serious health issues. Her daughter susan ruther has 3 children and has been facing her battle with scleroderma for many years now and the scleroderma caused her lung disease and is now in need of a lung transplant which is her sole hope of survival, the family can only help out financial so much towards her travel expenses and her transplant, betty losing so much already is not ready to give up on her daughter which is why she is asking for people to help her help her daughter.
