Incredible progress is being made. I am so excited about the future of the arts in the world. Love love love love it! No need to be worried about what's wrong but to be outraged about it makes your blood boil, your hairs stand up on the back of your neck, and makes you heated when you sleep. It provides you with enough to make sure that change happens. Power in change and being outraged! Motivational Tuesday I presume
Thank you to my wonderful contributors thus far!!! I am so happy that I am soooo close to my goal for London!!!! I still need your support in raising money for my personal and living expenses!!! Thank you for your support and look forward to hearing and sharing more wonderful stories with each and everyone of you.
Transitional Thursday- As we mourn the passing of our great Mrs. Ruby Dee let us also celebrate the life of such a powerful artivist (artist*activist). One who dedicated her life to service for equality of all mankind. Understanding that you stand on the shoulders of giants like Mrs. Ruby Dee is scary, exciting, and above all humbling. I AM because they WERE! Please help me carry on this powerful legacy by donating to my training this summer at the British American Drama Academy in Oxford, England
Thank you to the guidance that I have received thus far. It is such a blessing to truly look around and understand that I am standing on the shoulders of giants who have realized the true gift of life and that is GIVING. Thank you for the scoldings, love, tears, and above all the passion that you show through your work each and everyday. You have permanently imprinted my heart and for that I am sincerely hopeful that through your efforts I will realize my one true Personal Legend. Thanks for being Legends yourselves.

Hello everyone: My name is Ryan Jamáal Swain and I have been granted the opportunity to study at the British American Drama Academy's Midsummer at Oxford. BADA, an intenisve summer acting program in conjunction with the Yale School of Drama, has trained some of the most elite Stage and TV/Film stars. Orlando Bloom, Chadwick Boseman, Tracie Thoms, and countless others have all added to the legacy of the Drama Academy. This opportunity is a dream come true, but comes at a cost that presents a financial struggle. Unfortunately, if I am unable to raise the remainder of my expenses it will be close to impossible for me to attend this program. College tuition for most families are, and will always be, a financial burden and this program is not within my family's financial means. The program's cost of $3,960 USD for tuition and $2,990 USD for accommodation, far surpass our budget. Any contributions that you can donate toward my goal of adding my name to the illustrious list of BADA Alumni would be greatly appreciated. With my advance thanks and blessing! "For it is in giving that we receive" -Ryan J. Swain
