Fund Foxy's Surgeries

Donation protected
In October 2014, Animal Lifeline Disaster Responders deployed to Jackson County, West Virginia, to help 136 dogs & puppies rescued from the horrible conditions at a puppy mill. Our team provided sheltering, a spay and neuter grant, flea and tick medication, and logistics assistance to staff and volunteers at the Jackson County Animal Shelter for three weeks. The owner of the breeding facility was prosecuted!!!!

It was at this shelter that Animal Lifeline first met "Foxy", a two year old Pomeranian used for breeding. You see, poor little Foxy had been born with deformed hind legs and was doomed to a lifetime of painfully dragging them behind her as she tried to walk. She needed special surgery not available in West Virginia, so Animal Lifeline transported her to Pennsylvania.

Foxy had her first operation in February and  is thriving on the constant love, attention and physical therapy being provided by her foster family! Her second surgery is just around the corner and we need your help to make it possible.  Special thanks to the wonderful vets and staff at CARES and Doylestown Animal Medical Clinic for their outstanding care of this adorable little girl! Every little bit helps, so please consider making a donation to help ensure that after a lifetime of neglect and pain, Foxy can romp happily into her new life with a loving family. The total for her veterinary care could reach into the thousands.

Thank you to everyone who has helped this victim of cruelty survive and more importantly THRIVE! If you would like to help Foxy please consider a donation to her medical fund.
