Vanessa Diaz, beloved Wife, Mother, Daughter, Sister, and Friend passed away on April 12th, 2015.

Leaving behind her son Kaleb and her husband Angel.
On April 6th 2014, Angel had a life-changing medical issue that has left him (currently) disabled. Vanessa was by his side daily through the months he spent in hospitals (ICU often) and rehabilitation.
Angel was finally able to come home, in a wheelchair, but is still learning to walk.

Their son, Kaleb, is 11 and his mom was everything to him.

This family has been through so much... so much more than I can even start to share.
We kindly ask you for your help in getting them the help they desperately need.
