Coyote Attack: Surgery for ROCKY

Rocky's throat wounds needed a tracheatomy as blood got in his lungs and he could not breathe. We are still trying to pay the medical bills. $10,600 in bills for rocky and i have only been able to pay a portion of them because they were so unexpected.

Rocky managed to distract the 2 Coyotes in the back yard long enough for Bandit to run away after he was carried away . By distracting the coyote pack, Rocky took the full force of attack. His neck/throat, back, and stomach were badly punctured. 43 teeth holes. Back and abdomen slashed. The abdominal surgery took 3 hours and required over 35 stitches, Overall he needed 5 hours of surgery, 117 stitches, mostly in the throat region. He has had 5 hours of surgery.
