You may know Robin from Batman, but you have never seen him like this. You have seen a more realistic Batman in the movies starring Christian Bale, but what if you got a darker look at the sidekick who followed after him?
In Restless Cinema's new series you will see the Gotham you always wanted to see. You will see the grittiness of the people and the city. The music [listen below] is just a taste of the artistic direction. You will not just see any old comic book fan series. You will see a series with a cast and crew dedicated to bringing a new message in film. This message reveals the peaks and the pits of humanity- how a hero can emerge in the most unlikely of men; and how everyone- even villains-have a history. Forget the one-dimensional characters that Hollywood regularly throws at you, and witness the stories each character has to tell. Our goal is for you to make lasting connections with this series. It's not just about a character from a comic book- it's about the issues and emotions that are a part of life.
In this new Gotham you will also know a new Robin. This story begins one year after the Dark Knight has ended. It will explain what happens in Batman's eight-year hiatus. We see a normal young man visiting his parents only to have his life completely shattered when the crime and filth of Gotham's underbelly enter his world. We will see this young man develop into the hero he should be, but not before dealing with his own demons.
We are dedicated and want to show a new perspective on Gotham and Robin, but we need your help! Every cent you donate will fund this project and will make this dream into a reality. (Plus if you donate, you'll get cool stuff )

The atmosphere was electric as we went over scripts and storyboards.
