On August 11th, 2015 Russell visited the doctor after complaining to Kelly (his wife) for the last week about having trouble articulating his words. He was advised to proceed to the emergency room where a CT scan was done which revealed a golf ball sized tumor on his left frontal lobe.
He was transferred to a different hospital where surgury was scheduled the next day, August 12th, 2015. It was determined that he has malignant brain cancer.
Russell and Kelly are the parents of 2 beautiful children, Kourtney and 1 year old Russell. Kelly is a stay at home mom and Russell was the sole bread winner for their family. Clearly he will not be able to work for quite awhile and they will have significant medical expenses incurred along with the loss in wages.
This is a beautiful, wonderful and loving family. We ask that you please contribute what you can to them. Every dollar will make a difference to this family. Even words of encouragement or prayers are needed.
