RiverCity Faithfest is a ministry of First Baptist Church (Evansville, Indiana)
RiverCity Faithfest is a FREE Christian music festival that seeks to share Jesus with the world! In 2015, the 7th annual festival will happen in September! The festival was started in 2009 with a small group of people at First Baptist Church in Evansville, Indiana. They wanted to provide Christian music in a way that had not been offered in the tristate area before. The festival has grown over the years and welcomed such top contemporary Christian artists as Jamie Grace, Building 429, Chris August, Hawk Nelson, The Afters and more! Each year we welcome some of the best artists in Christian music as well as local and regional artists. Also, festival goers have the opportunity to get involved with local, national, and international organizations that serve as the hands and feet of Christ.
The RiverCity Faithfest committee works year round participating in fundraisers and seeking financial sponsors so that the festival can remain free to all. Many concerts/events of this level cost $10 or $20 a ticket, but our festival team really feels called to keep this festival FREE so that everyone can come and experience the love of Jesus without the cost of a ticket. However, we CANNOT HAVE THE FESTIVAL without your support! Would you consider making a donation of any amount to offset the costs of the festival?
