Pastor Maclellan and Blank have given their lives unto the Lord as stewards of the Gospel. Ministering to the congregation and to the community. Reaching out to the homeless and homeless veterans or anyone in need. Praying over and anointing many. Bless all that we can.
The funds raised here are for our "Port in the Storm" project. Opening a facility to provide a small number of people with short term stay until major support like U Mom, VFW, DAV or any other shelter can provide housing. This facility will provide additional programs for our Senior/Foster kid project as well as the ongong .25 cent fundraiser to help the community and outreach events.
The "Port int he Storm" project budget may be less than what we need. But the Lord has pushed us to attempt to be modest. The pastors and deacons of this church all have "9-5's" at this time. This will help with the financial burden that is currently on the the pastors and deacons. We will continue to live modestly. Matthew 6:19
Every gift helps. Six dollars can provide 40 meals for the homeless. Sixty dollars can provide almost 700 bottles of water. One thousand dollars can cover mortgage to provide a safe place for people to stay as part of the "Port in the Storm" project.
