Sponsor A Teen!
Help a less fortunate teen who aspires to excel in sports reach their future goals.
The XPAC Fit Summer Program offers a chance for low-income teens to train and workout with a professional trainer who will teach them strength, power, flexibility, and anaerobic conditioning over an 8-week period.
Donations in any amounts appreciated!
The fitness program will be implementing strength and resistance programs in accordance with the with the National Strength and Conditioning Association.
This 8-week program will enhance athletic achievement as well as enjoyment of the sport.
Because of the proven scientific approach this 8-week program will also give many young athletes the chance to compete in important matches and have the potential to be recruited by college coaches.
Preventing Injury and Building Motivation
We will be developing different physical components at different intensities, frequencies, loads and durations, as well as this systematic, progressive increase in training stimuli helps give them a competitive edge.
