Over the past 11 years I have run a semi-successful ad revenue business from various websites I own and operate. Due to personal struggles I no longer have the funds to keep running my sites. It is my sole source of income right now.
I need funds to help keep the business going and to update to change with the times. My sites are free websites that provide a free service to users. Helping me fund these sites would go into keeping them updated.
My personal issues invovle trying to take over a house from my deceased grandparents. The house is a year past due on the mortgage and in foreclosure. I am currently trying to save the house and make heavy repairs. This and a another recent move have tapped my time and expenses. Which has hurt the site. While this is more important than the site. I need my business to succeed to help with the above. Right now my family has no where to go if we lose the house. So another move may need to be financed.
Among the sites I manage or own are Power Rangers Central, Henshin Justice, and Dan's Toku Rants. The money would be used to pay for website hosting costs , site upgrades, and more.
Power Rangers Central is the number 1 fan site that has been around for 19 years. The site is a comprehensive website detailing the story, episodes, characters, and arsenal of the Power Rangers. The site costs a lot to maintain but is central to my add business.
Dan's Toku Rants is a news and podcast site that I host. So the money would mainly go to keeping it hosted.
Henshin Justice is a site I help run and host blog images for. So the money there would help me to continue helping out there. HJU is a news and message board dedicated to Toku ( Power Rangers, Super Sentai, Kamen Rider ect...).
While it may seem like I am asking for hand outs. I have tried everything else and am just trying to keep my sites going. As I have said the services are all free. And I put a lot of money and effort into the sites. Discontinuing the sites is not an option since the ad aspect of things is my business. And my sole source of income. The goal of the campaign is to save my business and ultimately make it self sustaining again.
