Rambo is in need of eye surgery

Hi Everyone! This is Rambo.
We are reaching out in hopes of some support to get Rambo and ourselves through another trial of vet bills and procedures needing to be done for our sweet boy!
Rambo is the sweetest little man you may ever meet! He normally bursts out with sweet trumpet sounds giving him one nickname of "Little Trumpet"
(other nicknames are but not limited to....Bean-o, Little Lover Man, Son, Sweet Rammies, Rambalanagini, Beans,Baby Boy, Bean Sprout)
Currently Rambo has corneal sequestrems and corneal ulcers on both eyes which in order to relieve him of pain and prevent perforation of the eye he will need corneal repair and entropion surgery (correction of the eyelids).
At this time Rambo is unable to open up his eyes and when he does its with a painful little squint and his bottom eyelids are all rolled in. The constant rubbing of his bottom eyelids rolling in have caused the ulcers on both eyes also making them unable to heal causing the sequestrems.
He looks like this all day everyday. Some days worse.
It is so heartbreaking!

It has been stated by his regular seen vet Dr. Ross at Princeton Animal Hospital in Princeton, NJ that this is the only thing at this point we can do to correct Rambo's issue he is having. The surgery is scheduled to be done at Northstar Vets in Robbinsville, NJ by Dr. Vygantas.
There have been many vet trips, medications administered and accumulated bills in the past few weeks trying to treat all symptoms that Rambo is going through. He has been dealing with swollen neck lymphnodes as well which with his vets advice to be sure it was not cancer an aspiration was done and it came back as not cancer in neck lymphnodes. Unfortunately at this point for his health and to improve the conditions he is in the kerateomy and entropion surgery is what is needed to help fix his eyes.
Rambo has been through quite a bit recently. In September he had dental work done . Two extractions were involved on top of all other normal procedures. A few days right before his dental follow up appointment out of nowhere Rambo began squinting in his right eye. We thought perhaps he was rough housing with one of the other cats. We immediately took him in to the vet. It's been numerous visits and downhill for him since. It has been stressful on him as well as us his owners because we are trying to do all to make him better with funds just not there.
This poor boy has been through so much. Rambo has been a fighter through all this. He has fought with some other issues in the past as well. Almost 2 years ago now, Rambo was having urinary tract problems involving crystal and stone issues where he was blocking up and went through a couple emergency visits that involved Ultrasounds, X-rays, having IV's inserted to get flushed out and having catheters placed each time . He was also placed on medication to prevent infection and to relieve pain.
Here are images from when he wasnt feeling too good on New Years Day 2013 which was his first blockage visit.
After visits all the way up until the end of January 2013 all appeared to be flushed out and tests were coming back good, Rambo was placed on a special S/D diet and was able to come home.
After a few vet visits later to be sure all was good Rambo was switched to a C/D diet. He has been on his C/D diet since then with no further blocking or crystal issues.
Alone we are still trying to recover from the bills from those costly emergency visits. To be faced with this surgery needed now for his eyes and we want to do whats best for him we are hoping for the love and support of some people out there. There will be things to come as well after the surgery but for now we have to focus on surgery first.
Its going to be a long road but with your help and support it will help make it a little less bumpy for Rambo!
