Tracy's Prayer

My dear friend Tracy is the amazing mother of two loving and precious young girls and she is in a fight for her life against cervical cancer. Tracy has spent the past two years battling this disease through a radical hysterectomy followed by chemo, radiation, internal radiation and multiple surgeries. When this was not successful the next round of ever changing doctors attempted a Pelvic Exenteration surgery, (which is as terrible as it sounds). This was aborted mid-surgery when they discovered the the tumor was embedded in one of her organs.
Tracy has been cut open multiple times, stapled, stented and basically poisoned for two years now…all the while in debilitating pain but still fighting for the chance to be there to see her daughters grow up.
The doctors here in the US have run out of options that will work for Tracy. Most recently, they have basically offered Tracy pain medication to make whatever time she has left more comfortable. She has researched the incredible alternative therapies being offered outside of the US, especially in Germany, and that is why she needs to raise money. Tracy is not giving up, her girls are not giving up and all of us who love her will fight along side her to get her whatever help is available.
It takes a village and any contribution will help. If we can raise the money to try the alternative therapies, well then Tracy gets another shot at beating this devastating disease. So please every dollar helps, no amount is too small to contribute.

There has been so much beauty and grace in this journey. I am a different person as a result, and I am so humbled and grateful for the outpouring of love and care. My two girls and I are so grateful. I see now that God was just drawing me closer to Him and that this is just my path. In the midst of all my suffering God is glorified and I love Him with all my heart. All I want is to be alive, to live my life with my two young girls. Thank you for taking the time to listen to this story. Thank you for your heart.
