Odyssey of the Mind: A creative problem solving competition where kids are given a problem and must come up with the most creative solution possible and work their solution into an eight minute skit.
Hello! We're Carlsbad High School's Odyssey of the Mind team, and we need your help. We're raising money to compete at the World competition at Michigan State University in late May.
We've worked since October to solve the problem of "building and operating one or more vehicles that will travel on tracks and make stops at different stations without touching the floor." At the state competition we placed 4th, which doesn't qualify you to advance to the next level of the competition (you must be in 1st or 2nd). However, we were awarded the Ranatra Fusca Award for immense creativity and were automatically given a spot at World Finals.
We need your help! We're working to raise funds to be able to attend and would greatly appreciate your support!
