Dearest friends and family,
We are setting up this fund in an attempt to cover the memorial service and medical expenses for our father Dennis Maddox, who passed away quickly from lung and liver cancer on April 1, 2015. We found out on Sunday and a week and a half later he passed.
In addition to the overwelming sense of grief for this tragic loss of life, we are also dealing with the unexpected expenses in making dads final arrangements.
