Burial help for Mother found Dead

On March 29, 2015 at 6:52 pm, I received the most disturbing news that has forever changed my life.  My grandmother told me that my mother has passed away and that she has been dead for over a week in her apartment.  I will not have the ability to have a open casket as her body was so decomposed that a closed casket or  cremation was the only option.  As my heart sunk I only had one wish, and that was I hope she did not suffer during her transition into heaven.  She had no will or life insurance policy and I am responsible for the entire funeral arrangements.  If you can find in your heart to donate anything it will be greatly appreciated.
