Help the Gelateria Italia family

This hard-working family has lost their only support when a fire destroyed their Gelato Shop; Gelateria Italia in White Rock, BC.
Jose & Eliete moved to Canada from Venezuela about 10 years ago looking to provide a better future for their 2 children, Daniel & Valeria. Jose and Eliete have always been a hard working family who strive to provide the best possible customer service experience, as well as the best possible care for their children.
Daniel is currently attending the University of British Columbia (UBC) and will soon be entering the School of Medicine; Valeria is in the 12th grade of High School and will soon be enrolling into UBC as well.
They are loved by the local community of White Rock as well as visitors who come from all over the place. The reviews on TripAdvisor, Yelp, and Urbanspoon are overwhelmingly positive, not only about their product, but also about the service customers receive from the owners; you can read some of the reviews on here:

Unfortunately, in the early morning of March 10 2015, they were woken up by the Police urging them to go over to their business as something had happened.
They rushed over only to find the store in flames and the whole block covered in smoke, watching their 10 years of hard work vanish in a matter of minutes; here are a few links to the news:

I have started this campaign, because I, as well as all the people within the community, can personally vouch for how hard this family has worked. I am sure that we can all help out with whatever is within our reach to provide the support they need so that they can get back on their feet again and continue to offer the great product and service we all loved from Gelateria Italia.
Unfortunately, the insurance company will not cover 100% of the damages. Therefore, they are unable to start again on their own.
Please, let's all come together and help Eliete, Jose, Valeria and Daniel! They will be forever grateful!
