NEED TO MOVE ASAP IN DANGER

I am a single mother with two wonderful children age eight and three. We moved into a townhome in Goshen Ohio not that long ago and discovered quickly that it was extremely haunted. My children have both seen what they call "the bad man" at night that tortures them as they sleep. my little girl wakes up screaming every night at 3 am. My son has been choked in his sleep and we have been scratched also. We even called a paranormal team to come investigate to find there are 60 ghosts and even a Incubus demonic spirit that is here. We can't sleep well we are all sleeping in my room now the kids will not go anywhere in the house without me. Colt and I have been affected more than Bre. He is depressed and failing due to lack of sleep and inability to concentrate. I work part time in the healthcare field and I am trying to complete my RN but that is nearly.impossible when I stay up all night to watch them sleep to make sure they aren't harmed. I have also fallen into depression. We are in need of fast money to move and on the small income I have its not possible alone. I have decided to humble myself on behalf of my family and reach out for help which is not very easy for me.
We just need to get to a safe and clean place so we can get our lived back on track and move on safely before one of us get hurt worse then we already have. The longer we stay here the higher the risk of harm both physically and mentally.
My children and I have suffered enough and are wholeheartedly greatful for any assistance we can get.
