Save Gunner

Gunner is our family's 6 yr old fur baby boy. He was diagnosed with Osteosarcoma in his left rear leg in May. (picture taken in June)

We have decided to have the leg amputated and he will start chemo.  This is not a full amputation at the hip but more at the knee joint leaving him with more muscle mass in the spine area.
Gunner is the protector of our house. He is sensitive to my health issues and would alert my mom when I have issues. He has so much life in him that Osteosarcoma can't have him.
Please help save him.
His surgery is being done at West Suburban Animal Hospital by Dr. Thompson. He will continue to have at least 4 more chemo treatments after surgery. I will post picture of current tumor and after surgery pictures as soon as possible. I completely forgot to take before picture of tumor.
