Make Their Smiles Last For Miles

Hi everyone! As you know, my husband Rob and I are going to Chiang Mai, Thailand this June to work for two weeks in an orphanage and health care facility with the program "Friends for Asia". We have covered all of our own travel expenses to and from Thailand. All donations received will be used for supplies, both medical and educational for the children of the orphanage. Medical supplies are limited in the hospitals. Every day necessities are limited in the orphanages. We thought it would be a wonderful cause to raise money to send to Thailand so they can stock the orphanage with resources they are in dire need of. In the orphanage, a devastating 1 out of 4 children are born with HIV, increasing their need for expensive medications and care. In addition, these children lack toys and educational resources to keep them happy and entertained. My husband and I are currently in the process of gathering health care supplies donated by hospitals and home care services here in NJ for the health care facilities in Thailand.
