Fund Niamh's Political Campaign

Donation protected
Hello, my name is Niamh McCarthy. I'm campaigning for the 2015 General Election as an Independent candidate for the Wavertree constituency. And I'm 18 years old. After taking part in Liverpool Young Everyman Playhouse's political drama, 'Until They Kick Us Out', I was inspired to provide a voice for young people in politics and put myself forward to make a change. Whilst researching for the show, we found out that it is in fact possible to run as MP withouth any qualificiations; however we would need certain components, including a manifesto, 10 subcribers, and £500 to apply for the candidacy.

A few people encouraged us to do crowdfunding for the project so that they could contribute to our campaign, and we'd like to invite anyone who believes in young people getting their voice heard in politics to also donate to our movement.

The most that we're looking for from any single donation is £149, but any donation will be a great help.

Any donations recieved over the £500 application fee will be used on promoting the party and spreading our message.

If we recieve at least 5% of the votes then we will get this £500 deposit back, and this money will then be donated to an as of yet undecided charity.

Together we hope to make a great change.
Thanks very much!
