James's Cancer Medical Fund

Hello everyone,

It's been a very rough year. Since last August I've been on temporary disability, suffering through what the doctors first thought was just a flu. I was then given an emphysema diagnosis and treated for that, but unfortunately kept getting worse: coughing up blood, sleeplessness, and brutal pain.

The doctors finally performed a Cat Scan and found that I have Lung Cancer, one of the most difficult and scary of the dreaded C's.  I have no ability to work right now as I fight this and am currently receving no income.

I am starting radiation and then moving into a course of chemo shortly thereafter. I have no way of managing my rent, utilities, food, or transportation to and from the hospital that's 15 miles away, in the meantime.
