I-70 Shooting Victim

On March 24 of 2015, Cierra Palmer was randomly shot on I-70. Only two were shot as the man had shot at 6 cars, Cierra remains in Critical condition. On behalf of Cierra and her family I am starting this to help raise money for her medical bills, the medicine itself, and the expenses that follow this tragedy. Any help is greatly appreciated.
