Help me bury my dad

My father passed away on March 27, 2001 after losing his battle with lung cancer. At the time, he was cremated, and his remains were placed in a plastic bag where they have been ever since. I loved my dad very much and miss him every day, and I have never felt this to be a proper way to recognize such an outgoing, loving, friendly (I could go on forever) man. I would like to have him buried in a cemetery so that myself, as well as my brother and sister (and anyone else that would want to) can have a place to visit and pay our respects. 

To summarize: My dad was the man, and the dude should have a memorial that reflects that. Any help is welcome, and no amount is too small. I appreciate all of your support.
