The cutie you see above is my baby, Reece. My boyfriend and I adopted him from a rescure affiliated with PetSmart on December 6th, 2014. Prior to adopting him he had a difficult life being a stray after his owners left him for dead. A kill shelter picked him off the road and later was fortunate enough to be saved by the rescue group we adopted him from. I have owned him for 5 months now, words cannot describe how much I love Reece. He is a sweet young dog who loves his new family and home. We gave him a second chance to live a happy life and have done all we can to provide for this lover boy. We are both college students and simply cannot afford his latest complication(we dont have the money). A few days ago Reece ate several foreign objects which have now become obstructed within his G.I Tract. X-Rays reveal that he has cloth lodged in his intestines and stomach. This has induced serious gas, vomitting, and pain for Reece. The Hospital we are currently at requires a deposit for his surgery which is currently $4000. If he does not get this surgery Reece will NOT LIVE. We do not want this to happen, we are willing to do whatever we can with what we have. This young pups life is at stake and we need help giving him another chance at life. Without this surgery he will be forced to be put down so that he does not die a slow and painful death. At this point it is beyond our control and his life is hanging by a thread. Please, I dont want to lose my dog, anything help. God bless.
