Liver For Yasmin

I'm not one to ask for help. But desperate times call for desperate measures.
My sister, Yasmin is 43 years old. She will be, hopefully, 44 in April. She has a son who just turned 13. And she has end stage liver disease.
She has fought very hard to live. In October of 2012, her doctors released her to Hospice (which is a wonderful organization.) They told her she had six months to live. One year later, she was released from hospice and back into the care of her doctors.
Recently, her health has declined, significantly and quickly.
Since January of 2015 she has been to the hospital 8 times. Her lungs are filling with fluid as well as all of the other fun stuff that comes with dying from liver disease. She now has to go to the hospital every three days to have her lungs drained of the fluid. She also has to go every 3-6 months to have her esophagus checked for bleeding. Without a transplant, she will die.
We were working on getting her into the transplant program when we were hit with a bombshell..she can't get on the transplant list without having someone or some ones committed to caring for her 24/7 for a minimum of 2-3 months. We have some family and friends who can come for a week or so, totaling about 4-5 weeks, but between all of us and our jobs, we just don't have the resources we need to get this requirement met without the aid of a nurse who can live with my sister and care for her while we cannot.
This money would go towards a nurse who can care for her. We've been told it is between $30-50 an hour.
She desperately wants to live, her son desperately wants her to live. She's a fighter. Her son calls her an alien because just when we think we've lost her, she comes back fighting. But her body is giving out. And it's giving out fast.
