60 Day Donation Challenge!

The Phillis Wheatley Association (PWA) in Greenville, SC was started by Hattie Logan Duckett in 1919 on a budget of 35 cents!

Fast forward 97 years, PWA is still recognized as a solid anchor in the Greenville community. We are a non-profit, community service organization committed to empowering individuals and families by providing educational, cultural, recreational, social and health-related programs that promote self-sufficiency and enhance quality of life. 

PWA operates the Let’s Move summer camp and after-school programs, the world-renowned Dwight Woods Repertory Theatre,  various athletic programs, and various health, wellness and community programs that services thousands of families each year – year-round.

PWA is a private organization and is 100% supported by in-kind donations from people like you?  All of the money raised directly supports program operation and facility maintenance . . . every penny!
