The 50 by 100 Rehabilitation fund
Donation protected
The Purr Project is embarking on its most ambitious endeavor ever! We have a need to raise $50,000 to cover the rising costs of animal medical care. We are a 501(c) 3 non-profit whose objective is to give a second chance to cats that would otherwise be euthanised because of physical trauma, abuse, or abandonment. We rehabilitate these cats and adopt them to good homes. Rehabilitation means surgeries, specialists, and in many cases, intensive socialization. Our medical providers work with us medically and financially so that we can help as many of our “kids” as possible but, as you can imagine, we incur large medical bills. The last few years have been difficult for the Purr Project - as they have been for many in this age of austerity and shrinking budgets. We have fallen behind. In order to catch up and continue doing our life’s work, we need to raise $50,000 by 2020.
Our future is bright but not assured. The wonderful animals in our care like “Street” depend on us daily to provide for them, and we always will – but we need your help!
