Pro Tour Match Database

Objective

My goal is to create a public and freely available database of all pro tour matches played since PT New York 1999 (including worlds, but excluding all nationals). The raised money will cover hosting costs in addition to some compensation for my time (project estimated to take 30ish hours)

Deliverables and TIme Frame

Deliverable 1 (completed without regard to funding level)
Architecture of the completed database so changes and revisions can be suggested.
Completion Date:  On or before 10 April

Deliverable 2 (contingent on reaching the funding goal):
Completed MySQL data. Database will be freely available to anyone who wants it. Possibly hosted and searchable on a website if I can manage to figure it out and hosting costs are reasonable.
Edit 1: Any code genreated during the creation of the project (scraper, Elo system, etc) will be released alongside the database
Completion Date:  On or before 31 May

Stretch Goals (more to be added later as goals are hit)

$750: Elo System for PT players based on the matches recorded.

Note: If the goal is not met by 1 May, all donations will be 100% refunded.
