YwN Scholarship for Healing Wounds

All of us have been wounded in this journey called life... The “wounds” to one’s self esteem reduce our capacity to access life’s abundance. Whether by the things that have been done to us, or by the things we have done to others (or ourselves)... our wounds move into our subconscious and remain there - unlike physical wounds that generally heal after a while.

YwN specializes in yoga for trauma, emotional healing, and personal growth. In this workshop, we'll use our yogic technology to journey the path of self together. To begin - we'll look at the nature of the 'self' from a yogic perspective and talk about how to effectively address the issues that impede our ability to create happiness in our lives. Next, the self-discovery process will allow us to look at life long habits and patterns of behavior that effect our health, happiness, and well-being. Creating a clear vision of ourselves as a healthy worthy human being, we'll emerge from each workshop with a regular daily practice to help maintain that image and a community through which to give and receive support.

This 3-day workshop rewards students with a deep internal knowledge of who they are and what they have to offer the world. Integrates Kundalini yoga, deep relaxation, mantra, and guided imagery to acknowledge our sense of self and identify the impact that image has on our life.

Simply put.... Healing. Deeper.
