For years, farms have been transformed into new housing developments and shopping centers.  Over the past decade, the 86 acre family-owned Baldwin Road Farm has come under specific and increasing scrutiny from developers who want to build massive industrial and commercial developments.  The Woodbridge Land Trust has a once in a lifetime opportunity to buy an agricultural conservation easement that will forever protect the Farm from development and ensure that it will only be used for agriculture.  

A classic New England farm, for almost 350 years Baldwin Road Farm has been a source of unique scenic beauty.  A reminder of our rural past, the farm, with its rolling hills, stone walls, wetlands, and abundant wildlife is located at the intersection of Greenway and Baldwin Road - Woodbridge, Connecticut's only officially designated scenic roads.
