Hello Falcon Family,
The Annual Prosser Picnic 2017 this year will be on August 12, 2017. We are asking for your helping so we can have a successful picnic this year!
Picnics as you may know are a lot of hard work and can be costly, and some have paid out of pocket to provide you with these fun filled events in the past. This year the will be providing the following and is why we need your help:
Main dish (Meats)
Permits
Supplies
Dinnerware
Water
ICE
Games
Dishes for communal sharing are welcomed so please just let us know what you are bringing if you would like to contribute! We would like to keep track so we don’t get too many duplicate dishes. It is also a BYOB, so go ahead and bring your drink of choice, just no glass or bottles.
Our committee is growing and new ideas are ensuing every time we meet. This year there will be games and prizes and more all to insure a great time. Games such as Volleyball and Bean bag toss Tournaments (Don’t forget to sign up your team when you arrive, you want to be on Team 82, team 84, etc. spaces will be limited) this will truly be the battle of the ages!
We have appointed a treasurer (One from ’82 and one from ’91) to insure a good backup process and who plan to maintain a transparency, when it comes to funds. Postings will be available to see where your donations are going and what the balance is. Any excess will roll over into the following year.
With that said, we are asking for a donation of $5 or more. Anything will help, no donation is too small or too large.
Also, please help us get the word out by forwarding this to any falcon you may have on your friend list.
