Contemporary Art Space - Vero Beach

Project Space 1785 is a multi-disciplinary arts venue located in Vero Beach, FL. The space was founded in January of 2015 by a small collective of artists in collaboration with the space's building owner. Together, their goal is to provide an accessible space for the community to view and participate in various forms of creative and artistic expression. PS1785 is primarily interested in facilitating projects rooted in experimentation which aim to challenge the conventions of contemporary art and culture in order to push the boundaries of what we feel capable to create, both as individuals as well as members of a larger global network.

Since its inception just a few months ago, PS1785 has hosted three successful exhibitions as well as various meet-ups and has served as a studio workspace for the three founding artists. 

As interest grows, we hope to provide a stable and thought provoking environment in which members of our community as well as visitors from around the globe can come together to engage with one another and to be inspired to push the boundaries of their own creativity and worldviews. 

This space will exist in some capacity no matter what, but any contribution you make will allow us to do bigger and better things with more depth and efficiency. PS1785 will provide a venue for exhibitions of all kinds including but not limited to photography, illustration, mixed media, performance art, sculpture, video installation, musical performances, and sound installation as well as film screenings, artist meet-ups, workshops, theatre performances, lectures, and artist talks.

Funds raised through this platform will be directly invested into the space and will cover things such as: Utilities, Renovations, Promotional Materials, Artwork Shipping Costs, Technology Upgrades, Exhibition-Specific Materials, Refreshments, Legal Clearances, Etc.
