please help en elderly lady who has been conned

An elderly 80 year old lady was conned out of £100 last week, after paying 2 conmen for doing work in her garden which they DID NOT DO !
It’s really bad at any time but just before Christmas is disgusting,
if we can manage to raise £100, which I know is difficult at this time of year,
but wouldn’t it be lovely if the lady could at least get her money back,
PLEASE HELP ME AS I HAVE NEVER DONE ANYTHING LIKE THIS BEFORE
